Spring is here, birds are sprouting and the flowers are singing! Time for a delicious ice cream. We’ve been experimenting and tinkering, brainstorming and tasting for a long time and now we’re ready: delicious ice cream without any bullshit! No additives, no flavour enhancers, nothing artificial, no pre-mixes and ready-made products, just fresh, artisan ice cream made from the best raw materials. Organic milk, fresh fruit (much of it directly from the region) and high-quality ingredients like Valrhona chocolate or real vanilla. This has its price, but you can definitely taste the difference.

Our ice cream is available in the BAR CENTRALE and as a special in the restaurant or at home. Try it out, it’s certainly something different – but it’s definitely a product we can stand behind 100%!
