Johannes Boxheimer from the Boxheimerhof winery in Rheinhessen pours wines from the eponymous winery to match the 4-course menus at STRIZZI.
There is one menu to choose from:
Amuse Gueule
1st course: char tartar | lime | olive oil | dill | sour cream
2nd course: brioche | apricot | chilli | pepper | goat cheese
3rd course: venison | fermented pumpkin | roasted pumpkin | gnocchi | rosemary | thyme
4th course: pear | caramel | walnut 2020 Huxelrebe Auslese
or the vegan version:
